WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Bertil Roos Racing School, the nation’s leading school for high-quality, European-style road racing, will bring its world-class curriculum to a number of premier tracks in 2020.
Bertil Roos Racing School has become the oldest and preeminent school in the art of teaching performance driving and racing by focusing efforts, without compromise, to provide the best and safest programs available. It has been accomplished by focusing on four variables — tracks, instructors, curriculum and equipment.
Now, drivers can learn from the world’s best instructors in the ultimate classroom, Bertil Roos’ lightweight and agile, open-wheel, open-cockpit Formula cars, at some of the country’s top road courses.
BRRS is a “manual” school providing you with two distinct driving experiences. Our North fleet of cars showcase a 4-speed, H-pattern manual transmission. The South fleet offers something different with a 5-speed sequential transmission. Bertil Roos Race Series allows graduates of the 5-Day Road Racing School, the 2-Day Advanced School and other SCCA-licensed racers to participate in a series that showcases driver skill and ability without having to buy and maintain your own race car. Palm Beach International Raceway, Jupiter, Fla., boasts a 10-turn, 2.2-mile state-of-the-art road course featuring some of the fastest and most challenging corners offered by any track in North America. New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, N.J., features both the Thunderbolt Raceway and Lightning Raceway. Thunderbolt Raceway features a 2.25-mile course with 12 challenging turns and a half-mile straightway.
